preliminary phase
Onboarding
The onboarding phase of The Good Gut Program is a crucial first step on the journey towards optimal gut health. Through a detailed intake, I’ll gain a deeper understanding of your unique gut microbiome and its current state. You’ll receive a Welcome Packet with education, reading material, links to my favorite wellness products, and recipes to support you throughout our time together and beyond.

phase 1
Root Cause Analysis
The Root Cause Analysis is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of your health history. I believe that in order to develop effective personalized nutrition plans, a thorough exploration of your unique journey is essential. Through detailed discussions and assessments, we gather crucial information about your past medical conditions, dietary habits, lifestyle factors, and any relevant genetic or environmental factors. By understanding your health history, we can identify patterns, potential root causes, and the interplay of various factors, guiding us in tailoring a holistic and individualized approach for your health.

Our initial Root Cause Analysis session (up to 90 minutes) will be a deep dive assessment of your case so I can understand who you are as an individual and your current state of health. I’ll be asking questions to expand on the details you’ve provided on the intake form so we can gain insights on imbalances, triggers, stressors, and life events linked to your health concerns.
After that session, you’ll do Food Mood Poop tracking for 5+ days. You’ll also fill out a supplement tracker so we’re familiar with any supplements or medications you’re currently taking.
Once we have that information in hand, we’ll schedule you for the second Root Cause Analysis call. In this follow-up session, we review your FMP log and co-strategize a personalized nutrition & lifestyle plan for you.
This is where we’ll start to discuss important aspects of your case and begin to make recommendations that you can walk away with and start implementing right away.
You’ll also receive some educational tools like a Health History Timeline and Functional Nutrition Matrix, all of which help map out our next steps together.
phase 2
Foundational Work
From here, we meet bi-monthly to implement foundational work. We work in partnership to address the root causes of your health concerns so that you can begin to feel better. My approach involves addressing the "terrain" where your symptoms reside. Essentially, we focus on shifting your body's internal environment, guiding you towards a state where your body functions at its peak potential.

Alongside dietary recommendations, you will also receive guidance on lifestyle modifications that will complement your nutritional goals. In addition, I may suggest targeted supplements to address any specific nutrient deficiencies or imbalances.
With my personalized approach, you can rest assured knowing that your journey towards improved health will be based on your individual needs.
I utilize long-term supportive strategies throughout this process to hone in on the foundations:

Once the foundations are set, our focus shifts to targeted gut healing based on your individual needs and concerns.
